When the plan falls apart, so does the food

Hi Reader,

Something I notice with almost everyone I work with — they know what good eating looks like for them. They've thought about it, they care about it, and when life is steady, they do it.

But when things get busy or uncertain, the plan slowly disappears.

And without a plan, old patterns come back. The snacking. The shortcuts. The quick fixes that feel fine in the moment and less fine an hour later.

It's not about knowledge. It's about having something to come back to.

So I've been thinking about the smallest possible structure that would actually help.

Not a full meal plan. Not a programme with lots of theory. Just one meal a day — a simple, nourishing recipe that lands in your WhatsApp each morning with a short cooking video, so you know exactly what you're making and how.

That's Cook to Feel Steady.

Five days. Five summer meals, rooted in Ayurvedic principles — designed for digestion, steady energy, and actually feeling satisfied after eating. You cook in your own time. I'm there on WhatsApp if you have questions.

It runs Thursday 25 June to Monday 29 June.

£47 to join.

If your eating tends to go sideways when life gets full, this is for you.
