Hi Reader,
One of the nicest things about finishing the first round of Cook to Feel Steady wasn't actually finishing it. It was opening my inbox a few days later.
One participant wrote to tell me she'd already cooked the beetroot burgers twice. She admitted she'd been sceptical at first.
Then she added,
"I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty they were."
That made me smile. Not because she'd enjoyed one recipe. Because she'd found a meal she wanted to cook again.
That was always my hope.
When I created Cook to Feel Steady, I wasn't trying to give people five recipes they would cook once. I wanted to help them build a small collection of meals they genuinely enjoy making.
Meals they know leave them feeling nourished.
Meals they can return to on busy days without wondering what to cook.
The more I think about it, the more I realise that's where confidence begins. Not with twenty new recipes. With five or six you trust.
The kind that quietly become part of your life.
Can I ask you something?
How many meals do you have that you know you'll happily cook again next week?
And how much easier would life feel if you had just three or four more?
That's exactly what we'll be doing together in the next Cook to Feel Steady.
Five seasonal meals.
Simple ingredients.
Everyday cooking.
If you'd like to build a small collection of nourishing meals you know you'll return to, I'd love you to cook alongside me in the next Cook to Feel Steady. We'll begin again in one week, on Thursday, 23rd July.
