  • Understand/get the main underlying principles of Ayurveda.

Weekly 121 calls help you to address any present issues related to your lifestyle and digestion, to evaluate/decide what works, and what could be adapted.

Weekly group calls offer a space to share experiences, to ask questions, and to encourage a deeper understanding of the process and additional topics such as
